The ISO 18250-7 standard specifies the interface dimensions and requirements for the design and functional performance of connectors intended to be used to connect intravascular infusion sets to intravascular infusion reservoirs.

• Positive pressure liquid leakage
• Subatmospheric-pressure air leakage
• Stress cracking
• Resistance to separation from axial load
• Resistance to separation from unscrewing
• Resistance to overriding
• Disconnection by unscrewing
