Standard specification for total elbow prostheses

The ASTM F2887 standard covers total elbow replacement prostheses (TER) and hemi-elbow replacement prostheses (hemi-prostheses). In this standard, those characteristics determined to be important to the in vivo performance of the prosthesis are defined.
